Local contract

Staff on local contracts assignments are recruited to your facility from the surrounding area, usually within a 50 miles radius to your facility. These nurses will join your team on a temporary assignment in your facility. They will work under your supervision like your regular staff. The only difference between a staff on local contract assignment and your regular staff is that they are agency W2 staff and are paid hourly by the agency from the hourly bill rate to your facility.

Travel Contract

Staff on a travel contract assignments are those recruited from either out of state or live outside of a 50 miles radius to your facility. These nurses will join your team on a temporary assignment in your facility. They will work under your supervision like your regular staff. The only difference between a staff on a travel contract assignment and your regular staff is that they are agency W2 staff and are paid hourly by the agency from the hourly bill rate to your facility.

Per-Diem

Nurses on Per-Diem assignments are those we send to join your team on “As needed” basis. These nurses typically live within a 50 miles radius of your facility. These nurses will join your team for the shift and they will work under your supervision like your regular staff. The only difference between a per-diem staff and your regular staff is that they are agency W2 staff and are paid hourly by the agency from the hourly bill rate to your facility.

Direct Hire

Staff for direct hire are those recruited on your behalf at your request to join your team as a regular staff. The candidate can be from any part of the country to fill your need so long as they meet what you’re looking for and they successfully go through the vetting process, which we will carry out according to your requirements. The candidate will be a staff on your W2 and are paid according to the agreed terms between you and the candidate.

Temp-to-Perm

This staffing solution is synonymous to a term in real estate “Lease to purchase” The staff on this type of assignment will join your team on a temporary contract assignment for about 60 days and work under your supervision like your regular staff. During this period, the staff will be on agency payroll as a W2 staff and paid hourly by the agency from the hourly bill rate to your facility.While on temporary assignment, the candidate is being observed, evaluated, and considered for a permanent position in your facility.
